Guidance Groups

We have 2 different counseling groups that students can apply to attend.




1. Test Anxiety group- This group is run by me. The students will meet 3-4 times to learn strategies to manage anxiety related to testing. To become a part of this group the student will need to fill out the attached form and return it to me by October 26.  The application can be found at http://goo.gl/Skf3u



2. Study Skills group- This group will be part of Tiger Time during the spring semester. The student will attend the group for 9 weeks. To become a part of this group the student will need to return the attached form to me in the Tiger Den by December 14th. The application can be found at http://goo.gl/mqOBo
